BLOCKBR is a fintech specialized in tokenization and infrastructure for investments in digital assets that was born with the culture and Web 3.0 mindset.
Collaborating with IT Squads to building a Token Marketplace, APP Mobile and Backoffice Panel, Transform wireframes into high-fidelity designs for platforms, working closely with product managers, designers, and front-end developers.
WHAT I DID
MOBILE APP
The objective was to design and develop, from scratch, a native application for iOS and Android. This involved adapting the main functions of the marketplace to a mobile structure, in addition to creating specific design solutions for this new product.
WIREFRAMES & PROTOTYPES
Using the marketplace as a reference for content and features, we focused on establishing the most appropriate structure for this specific product, prioritizing usability and user experience. After defining the structure, we created navigable prototypes and carried out a series of usability tests to adjust and validate the application solutions.
ADVANCED SEARCH
Given the variety of token offerings and categories, we have carefully designed a comprehensive and dynamic search screen. It offers multiple filter options, allowing users to search for tokens by name, category, asset type, and change the order and display modes.
IMPROVED TOKEN PAGE
We developed a customized screen for each asset, which presents the main information about the token. This page can be customized, with options to add images, videos or change specific colors. As for the purchase process, we adapted the positive experience already existing in the marketplace and further improved the usability of the product.
WHAT I DID
MARKETPLACE
I was responsible for multiple design tasks, such as creating a scalable platform, developing new tools in different stages, and working on system design, responsive design, and message notifications, also research competitors and stakeholders for references,analyze heatmaps to understand user behavior, and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Understanding business rules is important for problem-solving and improving the user experience.
INTUITIVE DASHBOARD
In an iterative process, our team produced and delivered hundreds of screens, prototypes, flows and complete documentation, meeting the team's needs and actively contributing to facilitating product development.
TEAMWORK
Collaborating with multidisciplinary business teams, product managers, IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of new flows and functionalities of the Marketplace BLOCKBR. Identify and resolve bugs, issues, prototype user-friendly interfaces that increase user satisfaction and completion their tasks.
WHAT I DID
LANDIN PAGE
Designing beautiful Landingpage, new menu structure, new help center(knowledge Base), auto complete token search page, integration with Marketplace.
TOKENS SHOWCASE
To facilitate the search and visualization of tokens on the website, we developed an exclusive showcase with advanced selectors and filters, offering two ways of viewing the token - by listing or in cards.
HELP CENTER
To solve the problem of lack of documentation and adequate support for users, we developed an area called 'Help Center'.
This section contains a wide range of articles, questions and answers, all categorized, making it easier to resolve queries and provide user support.
CONTENT RESTRUCTURING
The new website menu reflects the restructuring we made of all content, facilitating the search for information and improving the user experience.
BLOCKBR EDUCATION
We have developed a new section focused on educational materials and content. BlockBR Education's objective is to simplify the concept of tokenization and attract new investors.
