Clina.care is a Marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with clinic hosts on a Pay per use platform.

WHAT I DID
MARKETPLACE
Contributing multidisciplinary teams from business, product managers, IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of new flows and functionality. Identify and resolve bugs, high-fidelity prototypes, developing user-friendly interfaces that increase user satisfaction and task completion.

WIREFRAMES & PROTOTYPES
Acting on various design tasks, as well as creating a scalable platform, developing new tools in different stages, working with system design, responsive design, notifications and configuring platform messages.
Benchmarking competitors to gain insights implementing improvements, analyzing heatmaps to understand user behavior and conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

WHAT I DID
HOST's PANEL
Close contribution with Stakeholders, Operations team, Performance, Product Managers, and IT to design a unique experience for the host, with autonomy and automation, creating features such as: Edit my listing, Availability of times and dates, photo editing, Checkin and Health Professionals Checkout, Wallet, Commissions, etc.

WHAT I DID
BACKOFFICE
Collaborating closely with the C-suite executives, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to build the Backoffice Clina, a huge Panel Admin, implementing business rules, financial control, transfers to hosts, refunding systems,etc.


WHAT I DID
SUPPORT MARKETING
Close partnership with the Marketing team to develop relevant and strategic content on social networks, B2C and B2B seasonal campaigns, landing pages, printed materials, lead capture with a focus on conversion.
